8 Muu Jalapeno & vegan cheese sausages
8 tortillas
8 salad leaft
8 tbsp feta cheese
4 dl bean & pineapple salsa
2 dl roasted salsa roja
1 diced tomato
1 diced jalapeno

Bean & pineapple salsa

2 dl canned black beans
400 g diced fresh pineapple
10 slices diced jalapeno
1 pot chopped coriander
1 lime: juice and grated peel
0,5 dl vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Roasted salsa roja

8 tomato halves
1 onion in sections
5 garlic gloves
2 jalapenos in half
1 lime: juice & grated peel
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

Fry Muu Jalapeno & vegan cheese sausages in a grill or a pan. Heat up tortillas and place a salad leaf in the middle of a tortilla and on top of that the sausage, feta cheese, bean & pineapple salsa and salsa roja. Fold the edges of the tortilla into the middle and roll. Fry the rolled tortilla in a grill or a pa. Garnish the dish with jalapeno slices, diced tomato and chopped coriander. Serve with nachos ans lime.

Bean & pineapple salsa

Mix all the ingredients and check the flavour.

Roasted salsa roja

Grill the vegetables in a grill so that their surfage burns a little bit. Cool the vegetabes down. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix into a puree. Check the flavour.
