Quick turkey wok


1 bag Poutun Nopeat turkey cubes
50 g needle beas
75 g bell pepper
1 crushed garlic cloves
1/4 red chili
1 dl red Thai curry sauce
100 g noodles
1 dl water or coconut cream
black pepper, salt, olive oil

Cut all vegetables to fine shreads. Fry them quickly in a wokpan wit olive oil, turkey strips and garlic. Add curry sauce and water and let boil. You can also use coconut cream instead of water. Add black pepper and check salt. Boil the noodles in mild salt water according to the package and enjoy!
