Ham and broccoli soup

1 pcs (400 g) broccoli florets
3 pcs medium size potatoes peeled
3 pcs garlic gloves
8 dl water
1 pcs vegetable or meat bouillon cube
1 pcs (250 g) butter cheese
3/4 tsp white pepper

For serving

1 bag (200 g) Pouttu Ham Strips
2 tbsp oil
3/4 dl shred chives and thyme leafs

Rinse the broccoli, take the florets and chop the stem. Put the stem bits into a kettle, add chopped potatoes, garlic gloves, water and bouillion cube. Boil for approximately 15 minutes. Add the broccoli florets and diced butter cheese and boil for another 10 minute. Puree the soup and season with pepper and slat if needed.

Fry the ham strips in a dash of oil on a skillet until crispy, season with chopped herbs. Serve with delicious bread.
