Pan pizza

Dough

2 1/2 dl water
1 tsp salt
1/2 pkt (25 g) yeast
n. 6 dl wheat flour
3/4 dl olive oil

Sauce

1 dl tomato paste
1 1/2 dl ketchup
6 pcs crushed garlic gloves
1/2 - 1 tbs ground black pepper
3-4 tbs pizza seasoning
(1/2 - 1 tbs) red chili powder

Filling

1 bag (250 g) Pouttu Pizza strips
15 slices Pouttu Kannusleike
or
1 bag (200 g) Pouttu Smokey Bacon Cubes
1 bag (300 g) Pouttu Kebab Strips
1 pcs diced onion or red onion
3 pcs tomaatoes (or 100 g diced cherry tomatoes)
1 package (125 g) blue cheese
300 g graded cheese of your choice
1 tbsp runny honey
spring onion

Pour lukewarm water into a mixing bowl, add salt and yeast. Add 2/3 of the flour and mix heavily for 3 minutes. Add oil and the rest of the flour and mix so that the dough doesn´t stick to the sides of the mixing bowl. Cover with a cloth and let rise. Butter a pans with oil and sprinkle some flour to the oil. Divide the dough into the pans and press to the bottom. Mix the incredients of the sauce and spread on the dough. Sprinke half of the graded cheese on top the sauce and divide the other filling to the pizza bottoms. Sprinkle the rest of the graded cheese on top of everything and finish everything with a honey drizzle. Bake in the oven in 225-250 degrees in the bottom of the oven for 15–18 minutes until the pizza is nicely browned and the dough is cooked. Cut the spring onion and sprinkle on top of the pizzas.
