Pork sirloin with champignon sauce

Ingredients

4 pcs Pouttu pork sirloin
1 tbsp butter
x black pepper
x salt

Champignon sauce

400 g fresh champignons
1 pcs large onion
1 tbsp butter
4 dl cream
2 tbsp flour
x black pepper
x salt

Pork sirloin

Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Fry in a pan on both sides until cooked. Serve with champignon sauce, crunchy french fries and fresh green salad.

Champignon sauce

Chopped onion and dice the champignons. Sauté the onion with butter is a sauce pan, add champignons and sprinkle the flour on top of them. Stir and add cream. Heat up to boil and let simmer for a while. Season with pepper and check salt.
