Wiener Stroganoff

15-20 pcs Pouttu Herkku Nakki
1 tbsp butter
1 pcs onion
4 pcs pickles
1 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
2 tbsp flour
2 dl juice of the pickles
6 dl water
2 dl cream
2 dl sour cream
x black pepper
x salt

Slice the wieners into 2 cm wide sliced. Sauté the wieners in butter lightly ans then take them aside. Chop the onion and fry in the butter where the wiener slices were sautéed. Pour all the incredients into a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle flour on top and stir. Add the pickle juice and water. Let it boil, then add cream. Boil for 20-30 minutes so that the flour will cook. Add pickles and pepper, check the salt. Serve with mashed potatoes and sour cream.
