Kebab with rice

1 bag (300 g) Pouttu Kebab Chips
1 tbsp oil
2 pcs carrots
2-4 pcs tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
3-6 dl newly boiled basmati or jasmin rice
1 dl spicy chilisauce
1 dl garlic sauce
1 dl jalapeno slices

Start with the vegetables: peel and grind the carrots, chop rinsed tomatoes and cucumbers. Heat the kebab strips in a pan with a dash of oil. Portion the rice to plates, add kebab chips on the rice and vegetables next to the rice. Finish with the sauces and jalapeno slices.
